• Assembly, connection and fine-tuning courses for the sub-contractors which deal with after-sales in countries without distributors.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

This is tailored in each case to the client's production needs. The aim of the service is to save costs on unforeseen call-outs, while also offering discounts on our spare parts.

TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY

RUSÁN offers a technical consultancy service to explain to companies the possibilities offered by automation. This department also serves to improve the productivity of existing production lines or raise the option of adaptation for new launches at the company.

The Technical Department draws up an price estimate for the analysis of any potential project which, if it comes to fruition, is offered to the client free of charge.

The aim of RUSÁN is to offer our clients a 360° service, which is why we expand on the traditional provision of technical support by offering supplementary technical solutions, seeking out appropriate suppliers, offering financial consultancy and other associated needs.

PRODUCTION SUPPORT

The constant communication between RUSÁN and its a client has resulted in the in-company service by means of which qualified technical staff from our company are seconded to the client's premises to guarantee the resolution in situ of problems caused by changes in format during contracted production processes or any situation where RUSÁN's experience can offer our clients a quantum leap forward in quality.
